Call-Outs and Support
Media-Slave Communications Call-Out plan is very simple, if you have an IT related problem call us and we will be straight out to help you and solve the problem. It doesn't matter whether you are a previous customer or not.
Once there we will give you an onsite free quotation or an amount already agreed upon through our maintenance agreement!
Some technical PC problems can be solved by remote. This saves time and money. We will discuss the problem over the phone to understand what level of involvement is required. For any issues you can use our online support system. All you need to do is register, login and submit a support request via the 'Support Request' section in the 'User Menu'. (The user menu is only available if you are logged in to the Media-Slave.co.uk)
